Bot Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Madhavrao Discord bot.

What the bot is

The Madhavrao bot is a personal assistant operated by Madhavrao. It responds to messages in Discord servers where it has been invited, and it may run scheduled tasks and post updates to configured channels. It is provided as-is, for informational and productivity purposes, and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the bot to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or Discord's own Terms of Service.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the bot, its host systems, or other users.
• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to extract credentials, tokens, or other sensitive information from the bot.

No warranty

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Madhavrao does not warrant that the bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its responses will be accurate or complete. Outputs from AI systems can be wrong; verify anything that matters before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madhavrao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the bot.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
