About

I design agentic AI systems that survive production — architecture, data foundations, and operating practices for enterprises moving past the demo stage.

Behind that sentence sits a broader one: I help teams turn complex technology — architecture, data, product, design — into systems and practices they can run. I'm Madhavrao, and over my career I've worked as an architect, developer, database designer, data platform architect, UI/UX designer, and product architect — usually several of these at once, because the interesting problems live in the seams between them. That breadth is precisely why the AI work holds together: production agent systems fail at the seams — between model and data, between demo and operations — and the seams are where I've always worked.

The throughline is pattern work: finding the recurring structures underneath specific problems, naming them, and turning them into practices other people can use. That's what this site is for — the garden holds the patterns as they develop, from rough seedlings to evergreen positions, and the work page shows what they look like when they're load-bearing.

How I work

Top-down. Structure first, then sections, then synthesis. Whether it's a system architecture, a product spec, or a training course, the shape of the whole is decided before any part is developed in depth — because depth-first work produces well-crafted corners of undesigned wholes.

Verification-oriented. I don't take generated content, vendor claims, or my own first drafts at face value. Accuracy is a practice, not a property. In agentic systems this stops being a personal habit and becomes the architecture: evaluation harnesses and provenance are verification, designed in.

Consistency as a feature. Across modules, documents, and systems, the same concepts get the same names and the same structures. Inconsistency is a tax everyone downstream pays.

Focus and foundations

The work centers on Agentic AI and Data platform & strategy — and stands on Architecture & systems Product & strategy UI/UX & design Platform engineering Teaching & training. The garden organizes around all seven.
